Subject<\/h3>\r\n<p>These terms and conditions govern the relationship between <strong>Karaba Tours<\/strong> and any person using its services, including the reservation or purchase of travel, accommodation or related services.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 id=\"booking\">2. Booking and payment<\/h3>\r\n<p>Prices are quoted in <strong>CHF<\/strong>including VAT. A booking is not confirmed until full payment has been made or a deposit has been received in accordance with the conditions specified in the offer. The balance must be paid within the time specified, failing which the booking may be cancelled without refund.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 id=\"changes\">3. Modifications and cancellations<\/h3>\r\n<p>Any request for cancellation or modification must be made to <strong>in writing<\/strong> (e-mail or post). Charges may apply depending on :<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>the service provider's terms and conditions (airline, hotel, insurance, etc.) ;<\/li>\r\n  <li>the date of the change or cancellation ;<\/li>\r\n  <li>any administrative costs incurred by Karaba Tours.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>The costs are communicated to the customer before validation.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 id=\"responsibility\">4. Liability<\/h3>\r\n<p>Karaba Tours acts as <strong>intermediary<\/strong> between the customer and service providers (airlines, hotels, local agencies, carriers, etc.).<\/p>\r\n<p>Karaba Tours cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, price changes or incidents involving these third-party service providers.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 id=\"travel-docs\">5. Travel documents<\/h3>\r\n<p>Customers are responsible for the validity of their travel documents (passport, visa, compulsory insurance). It is the customer's responsibility to check the requirements of the countries visited.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 id=\"insurance\">6. Insurance<\/h3>\r\n<p>The customer is <strong>warmly invited<\/strong> to take out insurance covering: cancellation, assistance, repatriation and luggage. If refused, the customer assumes all travel-related risks.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 id=\"claims\">7. Claims<\/h3>\r\n<p>Any complaint relating to the trip must be addressed to <strong>10 days' notice<\/strong> after the end of your stay to the following address<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"mailto:contact@karabatours.com\">contact@karabatours.com<\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 id=\"ip\">8. Intellectual property rights<\/h3>\r\n<p>All content on the Karaba Tours website (text, photos, logos, graphics, documents) is protected by copyright. Reproduction in whole or in part is prohibited without written authorisation.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 id=\"law\">9. Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/h3>\r\n<p>The contract is governed by the <strong>Swiss law<\/strong>. In the event of a dispute, the competent court is located in the <strong>Canton of Vaud (Lausanne)<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 id=\"contact\">10.
