KARABA TOURS - Travel agency
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Karaba Tours and any person using its services, including the reservation or purchase of travel, accommodation or related services.
Prices are quoted in CHFincluding VAT. A booking is not confirmed until full payment has been made or a deposit has been received in accordance with the conditions specified in the offer. The balance must be paid within the time specified, failing which the booking may be cancelled without refund.

Karaba Tours acts as intermediary between the customer and service providers (airlines, hotels, local agencies, carriers, etc.).
Karaba Tours cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, price changes or incidents involving these third-party service providers.
Customers are responsible for the validity of their travel documents (passport, visa, compulsory insurance). It is the customer's responsibility to check the requirements of the countries visited.
The customer is warmly invited to take out insurance covering: cancellation, assistance, repatriation and luggage. If refused, the customer assumes all travel-related risks.

All content on the Karaba Tours website (text, photos, logos, graphics, documents) is protected by copyright. Reproduction in whole or in part is prohibited without written authorisation.
The contract is governed by the Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the competent court is located in the Canton of Vaud (Lausanne).
